What is Manual therapy?

Manual therapy is a physical treatment primarily used by massage therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, and osteopathic physicians to treat musculoskeletal pain and disability; it most commonly includes kneading and manipulation of muscles, joint mobilisation and joint manipulation.

After massage or physiotherapy, we can do a 1-2 time manual therapy session. It helps open vertebrae, normalized the bend of vertebrae and turn the pelvis, shoots the block of knees, neck, shoulders and other ankles.

We will do a manual session after 5-6 procedures of massage because your muscles are soft and would allow manipulation.
